Reliable Spiral Weld Pipe Mill Consistent Quality Smooth Operation
The spiral welded pipe unit is a standard type unit developed and
improved by Duolek Heavy Industry on the basis of absorbing the
essence of foreign forming process technology and combining with
the actual situation in China. It is the most competitive and
mature unit with technical characteristics.
▶ Spiral welded pipe unit production process:
The raw materials are strip coil, welding wire, flux. They must
pass strict physical and chemical inspection before they are put
into operation.
Single or double wire submerged arc welding is used for butt butt
of strip steel, and active submerged arc welding is used for repair
welding after rolling into steel pipe.
Before forming, the strip is levelled, trimmed, planed, cleaned,
transported and bent.
The electric contact pressure gauge is used to control the pressure
of the cylinder on both sides of the conveyor to ensure the smooth
transport of the strip steel.
Externally controlled or internally controlled roll molding.
The weld gap control device is used to ensure that the weld gap can
meet the welding requirements. The pipe diameter, wrong side amount
and weld gap are strictly controlled.
Both internal welding and external welding are performed by single
wire or double wire submerged arc welding with Lincoln welding
machine of the United States, so as to achieve stable welding
quality and stability.
The steel pipe is cut into single pieces using an air plasma
cutting machine.
Each batch of steel pipe shall undergo a strict inspection system
to check the mechanical properties of the weld, chemical
composition, fusion status, surface quality of the steel pipe and
non-destructive testing to ensure that the pipe production process
is qualified before it can be formally put into production.
▶ Automatic steel pipe hydraulic testing machine
Hydraulic testing machine is mainly used for welding pipe pressure
test, with computer record, storage, printing, test results
function. It has the advantages of high efficiency, high test
pressure and strong safety. The pipe diameter range is Φ20-Φ3500mm,
and the test pressure is 10-110MPa.
Process flow: up-tube - nozzle - water filling - pressure -
pressure retaining - pressure relief - drainage - pipe out.
▶ Automatic flat head chamfering machine
Flat head chamfering machine is mainly used for flat head and
groove processing on the end of welded pipe. Equipped with copying
chamfering knife, the processing groove is uniform and beautiful.

φ20mm-φ3500mm, while meeting API-5L, API-5CT, BS1387-85, ASTM,
GB9711 and other standards.
Process flow: tube - nozzle - clamping - flat head chamfering -
loosen the fixture - pipe out
▶ Ultrasonic flaw detector:
Defects active alarm and spray mark, workers adjust parameters
according to this;
The parts with continuous acoustic detection marks on the weld are
re-examined by manual ultrasonic and X-ray;
Defects are repaired and will be nondestructive inspected again
until the defects are confirmed to be cleared;
▶ X-ray steel pipe inspection:
The detection system is seamless with the whole production line,
and ADAPTS to the control and management process requirements of
steel pipe manufacturers. Automatic welding seam identification
technology, convenient automatic control in the test preparation
stage; With a database, the detection parameters of the same
product can be automatically loaded with a key call; The whole
system has a high degree of automation, operation and testing, and
has a very high share in the domestic steel pipe production line.

A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70%
